"Snitches Get Stitches" DeadMau5 vs. Rusko Controversy

The controversy continues...

Rusko, the dubstep dj, keeps talking mess about the famous Deadmau5. This argument started after Deadmau5 snitched on Rusko with seurity for smoking weed backstage.
Here are some of Rusko's tweets
“so a dj with a HUGE ego last night threw a huge bitchy hissy fit at me last night for smokin weed in the backstage…I told him to fuckoff and he ran for some security like a little pussy bitch!!!!!”

"I told him to fuckoff and he ran for some security like a little pussy bitch!!!!!"

"@deadmau5 next time I see u ima snap u like a twig u skinny little CUNT"

"@deadmau5 and I will fuckin see u..."

This is how Deadmau5 answered to Rusko on Facebook.

“i mean, props to him for ridding my tail to get himself some free publicity and all that… but are the threats really nesciscary? im not one to speak against people who “say stupid shit on twitter” … because i do it ALL THE TIME… i, however, have never, and will never threaten violence to anyone in that context. it’s fucking childish. so if the little child wants his attention… well look… he’s certainly got it. cool fuckin story bro… but why u mad? anyways, i hope he grows up and hopefully figures out that “making good music” sells your profile, and not making up some dumbfuck dressing room story and including my name in it for fuckin entertainment’s sake. and thats all im going to say about that.”

Since when is Deadmau5 drug free or straight edge?
We all know "snitches get stitches!!!"
Hope you learned your lesson Deadmau5
or soon you will be a DEADmau5... Literally!

Benny Benassi Gets A Spaceship

Benny Benassi launched his video for the single "Spaceship" which features Kelis, apl.de.ap, & Jean-Baptiste, a couple of weeks ago. Reminds me a bit of the "Star Wars" movies. I find it amazing!

Club Can't Handle Me?

Really? I think we can all handle a lot more! *thumbs down*
This new track by the amazing and popular DJ, David Guetta & rapper Flo-Rida falls to expectations. Not only is it very mainstream, but sounds a lot more like the black eyed peas. If this song was playing in the club it would not pump me up. I'm really not feeling it. David Guetta can do better! I don't know about Flo-Rida, I'm not a fan of his. I would let you decided for yourselves. Can you handle it?

Born-Free Video Controversy

As you may have all noticed, M.I.A. is not only an artist, fashion designer, record producer, and song writer. She is also a political activist, and she left it very clear on her new song. Well not so new since it has been out for a couple of months. The video to "Born-Free" has some shocking images of a red headed little boy being murder, shot to the head. People freaked out with that scene. Why? That's what I ask myself. Some say that it was "disturbing seeing a child being murder," but he is an actor! Who btw has been denyed from other acting job due to his participation in this video. The excuse other producer gave him was, "nobody wants to see a kid who has just being cruelly murder." Going back to the subject, others say she was "promoting racism and discrimination by murdering red-heads." WTF! that was my reaction to those ignorant comments. This video is very ambiguous and it is made that way so you can create your own moral from it. In my personal opinion I believe it was made with such violent scenes so people can realize things like these do happen in the real world. You might not see it around "your world," but that is someone else's world and things like this happen everyday. This video not only exposed us to a different view of political issues, but it also created art by connecting good, evil, man, self, government, and moral ethics. Kudos to M.I.A.!
Here is the video, which btw the song is very catchy with its electro jungle and dancehall mix to it. Please leave what you gained from the video or what is your personal opinion.
Thanks for reading,
Jess.
